Trauma Release & Somatic Healing Monthly Series

Join us once a month for a supportive and empowering space to release, restore, and reconnect. Each session includes:

  • 1-Hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Class: Practice gentle, intentional movements designed to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing process.

  • 1-HR Education & Support Circle: Dive deeper into understanding how trauma impacts the body, brain, and emotions with a concise, actionable handout. Topics vary monthly, from exploring ACE scores to the effects of trauma on the brain. Share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on their healing journey.

You’ll leave each session with practical tools and resources to practice throughout the month, helping you integrate healing into daily life. Together, we’ll build a foundation for ongoing growth, resilience, and restoration.

I’m thrilled to invite you to a reimagined experience of healing and connection! Based on your feedback, we’ve transformed our trauma release workshop into a Monthly Trauma & Yoga Healing Circle to give you more time and space for growth, reflection, and application.

Each month, we’ll gather for two meaningful hours:
Hour 1: Trauma-sensitive yoga and healing movement to release tension, calm the nervous system, and foster inner balance.
Hour 2: A supportive group circle to discuss the goals and tools we learned in the last meeting, reflect on how the tools worked in daily life, and explore deeper insights together.

This ongoing format allows us to dive deeper, apply what we learn, and build a consistent path toward healing. It’s a space to explore, grow, and connect—at your own pace—with a community that truly understands.
