The Enneagram is a personality typing system unlike any other. Most personality metrics help you understand the way you think, operate, and react to the world around you. The Enneagram speaks to why you think, feel, and interpret such things. Knowing your motivation can provide more clarity and control for you to shape your life’s direction.
Knowing your Enneagram type empowers you to identify and slow your unconscious reactions, giving you the freedom to consciously respond when life challenges you. In our coaching sessions, I will provide you with an understanding of your Enneagram type so you can grow to be more productive in how you think, feel, and act.

I use the InnerLifeSkills Enneagram Diagram to help my wellness clients understand their Enneagram type. Knowing your Enneagram type gives you insight into why you derail some habits and allow others to progress. Knowing why your habits persist can empower you to sustain the self-care practices that could change your health for life instead of just a season. When you know why something works or fails, you can adapt your strategy to find success.
The Sprint — Personal Training
Are you training for a 5K? Preparing for a special event? Do you need flexibility and a dynamic long-term health plan? This One-Hour personal training or one-on-one yoga session is meant for you. Health is a long-term game, but the occasional boost can still make a difference.

All Create a Rhythm Clients work with me every week. Sometimes it is for accountability, goal setting, or to adapt a mindset for future progress. The Create a Rhythm strategy is for people who are committed to their health and would benefit from a weekly check in.
The Personal Health Consult includes a 45-minute meeting with me to assess your current health status and goals. My goal is to provide you tailored strategy (or at least the next step) for your health needs.

All Gain Momentum Clients work with me every other week. Sometimes it is for accountability, goal setting, or to adapt a mindset for future progress. The Gain Momentum strategy is for people who are committed to their health, but don’t want as much supervision.
