4 Core Philosophy

In order to be truly well, people must focus on all four core components of their being: heart, soul, mind & strength. If we ignore one component or treat one component as more important than the other, we lose balance. Life is like surfing. We think we're going to reach a place that is stable but the water is always shifting. We want to be balanced so we don't fall off our surfboard. 

We will always adjust. We will always be imperfect. We will always strive. We will never reach a place and be static and stable. That is where stagnation begins and then leads to death. We are always growing, always changing, and always moving. Life is a process. It is change and growth. If we are not growing, we are dying. Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength,
